Terms editions
Every edition of our terms stays readable at its own address, exactly as it stood. A client keeps the edition they accepted; new sign-ups get the edition in force on the day. The current text is at vaytax.com/agb, vaytax.com/fr-terms and vaytax.com/advisory-terms.

AGB Part A (General Terms for tax advisors): edition August 2026 until 23 October 2026, 22:00 UTC (PDF, German with English translation), edition October 2026 from then on (PDF). A client keeps the Part A edition of the letter they signed.
The engagement letter (Mandats- und Vergütungsvereinbarung, and the French Convention de mandat et d'honoraires) has no frozen page: it is generated for each client from their own plan and fee when they sign, and the signed PDF is stored in the client's documents, so the letter a client signed is the signed PDF, not a template.
