Who does the work, and how to check us
Before you hand your German VAT to anyone, you should be able to check who they are. Here is who stands behind Vaytax, and how to verify each fact yourself in an official source.

The firm
Vaytax is run by FRADECO GmbH, a German tax advisory firm (Steuerberatungsgesellschaft) based in Rheinbreitbach, Germany. It is the firm you sign your engagement letter with, and it holds the power of attorney (Vollmacht) that lets it deal with the tax office for you.
French VAT work is carried out by its sister firm, FRADECO SAS in Paris, a French accounting firm registered with the Ordre des experts-comptables Paris Île-de-France.

The chamber, and how to verify us
Every German tax advisor and tax advisory firm must be a member of a regional chamber of tax advisors. Ours is the Steuerberaterkammer Rheinland-Pfalz, which supervises the firm.
You can check the firm in the official directory of German tax advisors (Steuerberaterverzeichnis), kept by the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors (Bundessteuerberaterkammer): open our entry in the official register. It shows the firm’s name, its chamber and its licensed tax advisors. You can also search the directory for “FRADECO” yourself.
Who files your returns
You upload your sales report or enter your figures, and you confirm them. A licensed German tax advisor (Steuerberater) in-house at FRADECO GmbH checks them and files the return with the tax office, as your authorised representative.
Before filing, every report and every return goes through an automatic double check, and the tax advisor reviews it for plausibility and releases it. On Pro, a member of our team also compares each return with the reports you uploaded. French returns are prepared and filed by FRADECO SAS.
Company register and VAT ID
FRADECO GmbH is entered in the German commercial register (Handelsregister) at the local court of Montabaur (Amtsgericht Montabaur) under HRB 28862. Our guide to checking a German company from abroad shows how to look up any entry in the register.
Our VAT ID is DE357811759. You can confirm that it is valid with the European Commission’s VIES service or our free VAT number checker.
Registrations this year
In 2026 so far, we have submitted at least 15 German VAT registrations to tax offices for Vaytax clients (as of 14 October 2026). How long each office is currently taking is on our processing times page.
